ATZI Logistics is hiring Full-Time Lead Drivers and Drivers to deliver packages to a national technology company. We are looking for dependable, independent, safety-focused individuals who pay attention to details, can quickly solve a wide range of situations, and win in a demanding environment. ATZI Logistics is a drug and alcohol-free workplace.

Commercial, DOT, or CDL experience is a plus, but not required. 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• $21.50 – $22.50/hour starting pay (paid bi-weekly) 
• Performance Bonus:  
  • Fantastic Plus Bonus – Starting at $50, with the potential to increase over time based on performance. 
  • Bonus eligibility based on:  
  • No property damage 
  • Overall performance (PIPPS Plan: Attendance, NCNS, call-ins, etc.) 
• Reliability Score: Number of days rostered vs. number of days called out. 
• Medical Insurance (available after 30 days; not available to employees working under 30 hrs./week) 
• Paid time off starts accruing immediately at the start of employment. 

Position Details: 

• 10-hour shifts typical, 4–5-day workweeks (generally not exceeding 3 consecutive days) 
  • Weekday shifts are flexible based on team and individual needs, but weekend availability is required. All employees must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Day shifts with future potential for 2nd shift if desired 
• 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch per-shift. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Successfully handling and delivering packages on time. 
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations, walk, bend, climb stairs. 
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles (Mercedes Sprinter, Dodge ProMaster, Ford Transit), perform daily vehicle safety inspections. 
• Adhere to all driving laws and company safety policies. 
•  Use smart phone devices for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members. 

Job Requirements: 

• You must be 21 years or older. 
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license, OR unexpired state-issued identification. 
• Authorized to work in the United States 
• Must successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening (which does include pre-employment testing for marijuana) 
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills. 
• Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. 
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position). The company will conduct ongoing MVR checks on vehicular accidents, driving violations, and drivers’ status in compliance with Federal and State law. 
• Physically fit to meet delivery demands. 
• Familiarity with Texas driving laws and safety procedures. 
• Able to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Hiring Process:
