    National Sales Manager 

     

    Salary Range: $90,000 base + commission/bonuses 
    Department: Business Development 
    Reports To: CEO 
    Direct Reports: Sales team (Potentially) 

     

    Summary 

    The National Sales Manager is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing all company-wide sales operations, driving national revenue growth, and leading the organization’s sales strategy. This role may grow into managing a team of sales professionals, while developing large-scale sales initiatives, overseeing major accounts, and ensuring alignment between sales performance, company goals, and market expansion efforts. The National Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in shaping Go HQ’s market presence and long-term sales success. 

     

    Responsibilities 

     

    National Sales Leadership 

    • Oversee all sales territories and ensure consistent national performance 
    • Develop and execute national sales strategies to support growth targets 
    • Create and manage sales quotas, team goals, and compensation plans 

    Team Management & Development 

    • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team 
    • Provide coaching, set expectations, and foster a high-performance culture 
    • Ensure alignment between team activities and company strategy 

    Strategic Account Oversight 

    • Manage relationships with key enterprise-level prospects and clients 
    • Support large, high-value sales opportunities and negotiations 
    • Collaborate with leadership to secure strategic partnerships 

    Cross-Functional Collaboration 

    • Work closely with Marketing to develop coordinated campaigns and messaging 
    • Partner with Operations and Customer Success to support client onboarding and retention 
    • Provide leadership input on product offerings and market needs 

    Market Intelligence & Growth Planning 

    • Analyze national market trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities 
    • Adjust sales approaches based on data and evolving customer needs

     

    Reporting & Forecasting 

    • Present sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership 
    • Track KPIs, team productivity, and revenue outcomes 

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
    • 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, including leadership responsibility 
    • Demonstrated success overseeing multi-state or national territories 
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills 
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities 
    • Experience designing compensation plans, quotas, and scaling sales teams 
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software

  • Business Development Executive

    Summary 

    The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing a personal sales territory, and supporting the growth of Go HQ’s service portfolio across diverse customer segments. This role focuses on prospecting, proposal development, customer engagement, and revenue generation. The Business Development Executive plays a hands-on role in expanding market presence and delivering a high-quality client experience. 

     

    Responsibilities 

    • Sales Territory Management 
    • Prospect and generate leads within assigned territory 
    • Conduct needs assessments, present proposals, and guide prospects through the decision-making process 
    • Support onboarding and retention of client accounts 
    • Sales Strategy Execution 
    • Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals 
    • Track personal sales activity, conversion metrics, and performance 
    • Provide insight into market opportunities and customer behavior 
    • Customer Relationship Management 
    • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospective and current clients 
    • Ensure timely, responsive communication and follow-through 
    • Marketing & Outreach Support 
    • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, promotional content, and targeted outreach 
    • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking activities 
    • Reporting & Analysis 
    • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics 
    • Use data to identify improvements and optimize sales approaches 

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 
    • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales 
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
    • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities 
    • Experience with CRM tools and sales software 
    • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
