Pay & Benefits
- $175-$190/day based on experience
- $250 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 30 & 60 days)
- Paid Training: $175/day + onboarding completion bonus
- Weekly pay
- PTO for full-time drivers
- Company vehicle & uniforms provided
- $75 onboarding bonus when completed within 1 week (paid after 30 days)

Schedule
- Full-Time: Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu, or Wed-Sun
- Part-Time: 2-3 days/week
- Start at 8:00 AM until route completion
Key Responsibilities
- Complete 100-125 stops daily
- Pick up vehicle and packages at the FedEx terminal
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Safely deliver packages using GPS and scanning technology
- Handle packages up to 150 lbs
Required Qualifications
- Age 21+
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Class E endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
- Comfortable working in all weather
- CDL not required
- Military veterans encouraged to apply
