Semper Fi Group, an Amazon Freight Partner (AFP), is IMMDEDIATELY HIRING for full-time, part-time, and seasonal CDL A Drivers to join our growing team in San Bernardino, CA!

We’re a veteran-led company with a strong, supportive culture, and we’re looking for reliable, self-driven drivers to help us deliver freight across the Western region.

Position Details:  

• Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: 4 days on / 3 days off – night shift only

• Part-Time: 2-3 days per week – night shift only 

• Seasonal: 2-3 days per week – day shift only

• Shift Details:

• Full-Time: Runs dispatch 8-10pm (Thurs-Sun OR Fri-Mon).

• Part-Time 7pm-8pm start time.
• Seasonal: Runs can dispatch as early as 5am (varies based on freight needs).

• Route Details:

• Full-Time/Part-Time: Covers Northern California, Arizona, Nevada.
• Seasonal: Undedicated runs.

• Home Time:

  • Drivers living within 50 miles of San Bernardino preferred

  • Sleeping in truck required between shifts if commuting not feasible

• SAP Drivers: Accepted (must be compliant and cleared)

Benefits for a CDL A Truck Driver:

• $25/hour

• Overtime paid after 40 hours (most weeks)

• $50/night stipend when sleeping in truck

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A)

• At least 2 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailor experience preferred

• At least 21 years of age

• Must be able to pass:

  • DOT physical

  • Pre-employment background check

  • Drug screening

• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations

• Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and flexible with schedules (weekend work required)

• Reliable and professional, with a stable work history

• Comfortable working overnight routes only
