EZ Way Carrier is hiring CDL-A OTR Linehaul Drivers for our operation in Penns Grove, NJ 08069.

We’re looking for dependable CDL-A drivers for dedicated OTR linehaul work with consistent freight, no-touch loads, modern Volvo equipment, and a predictable 2 days on / 2 days off schedule.

Recent CDL graduates are welcome to apply!

Pay & Benefits

• $24.00/hour starting pay
• $36.00/hour overtime

Schedule

2 Days On / 2 Days Off

• Dispatch between 6:30 AM and 12:00 PM
• Drive up to 13.5 hours
• Complete a 10-hour reset in the truck
• Return to New Jersey the following day
• Dedicated OTR linehaul routes

Routes

Routes may include:

• New Jersey
• New York
• Pennsylvania
• Delaware
• Maryland
• Massachusetts

Equipment

• New Volvo sleeper tractors
• No-touch freight
• Dedicated linehaul operation

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Safe driving record
• Must pass DOT drug screen and background check
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Recent CDL graduates encouraged to apply
