CDL A Floating Driver | $1,500 Team/$1,200 Solo Guarantee

JCG Transportation is hiring full-time CDL A Floating Drivers in the Olive Branch, MS and Memphis, TN area.

Earn a $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee when running team or a $1,200 weekly minimum guarantee when running solo, with weekly pay and year-round work.

Floating drivers help cover open freight while waiting for dedicated opportunities. When a dedicated position becomes available, floating drivers have the opportunity to move into a dedicated run.

• $0.80 CPM split

SOLO

• $0.57 CPM
• $1,200 weekly minimum guarantee

Minimum guarantee applies while available to work. Paid weekly.

THE POSITION

As a Floating Driver, you’ll help cover freight where drivers are needed while maintaining consistent year-round work.

Most runs are dedicated, and floating drivers have the opportunity to move into a dedicated position when an opening becomes available.

You must be willing to run both solo and team.

CDL-A Team Drivers | OTR FedEx Linehaul | $1,800–$2,400+ Weekly Per Driver

SBL Transport is hiring CDL-A Team Drivers for our FedEx Linehaul operation based out of Memphis, TN (38116).

We are currently looking for 2 CDL-A drivers to form 1 team. Additional teams and qualified individual drivers may also be considered.

This position offers $1,400 per week guaranteed per driver, average weekly earnings of $1,800–$2,400+ per driver, consistent FedEx Linehaul freight, and primarily automatic equipment.

Pay & Benefits

Schedule & Routes

• Full-time team driving

• Operations run Monday through Sunday

• Routes depend on freight destinations
• Approximately 4,000–6,500 team miles per week

Equipment

• Primarily automatic Freightliner tractors
• Fleet is primarily 2023 or newer
• Well-maintained equipment
• Automatic transmissions

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Team driving experience preferred
• Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred
• Drivers willing to obtain their doubles endorsement may be considered
• Dependable and reliable work history
• Ability to safely operate OTR/undassigned freight
• Must meet applicable DOT and FedEx requirements
