Earn up to $1,595 per week hauling dedicated Smithfield freight with weekly home time, 100% no-touch freight, and predictable routes. Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring full-time CDL-A Solo Drivers for a dedicated hybrid fleet based out of Tar Heel, NC.

This position combines local 12-hour shifts with regional runs, giving drivers consistent weekly miles, reliable freight, and a schedule designed to keep you home every week.

Schedule & Route

• Dedicated Smithfield hybrid account
• Combination of local 12-hour shifts and regional runs
• Weekly OTR runs (2–3 times per week, based on customer needs)
• Average 1,500 miles per week
• Deliveries within a 300-mile radius of Tar Heel, NC
• Full-time schedules:
  • Sunday–Thursday
  • Tuesday–Saturday
• Shift start times: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Night driving required
• Home weekly

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
• Must meet DOT requirements (physical, background check, and drug screen)
• Clean and safe driving record
