Route Details:

Route Type: Local Dedicated
Home time: Home Daily
Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off
Shifts: Night starts between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, typical shifts 12–14 hours
Miles: Approximately 1,300 miles per week

Freight: Palletized grocery freight
Driver Duties: Load and unload using an electric pallet jack, reload returns back to the distribution center
Delivery Locations: Deliveries throughout Virginia and Maryland
Location: Loads originate from Lidl Distribution Center – Fredericksburg, VA

Success Factors:
Strong work ethic, reliability, comfort with night driving, and consistent communication with dispatch

Average Weekly Pay: $1,671
Top Weekly Pay: $1,735

Minimum CDL-A Truck Driver Qualifications Include:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience
Must read, write, and speak fluent English
Must meet DOT requirements: physical, background check, and drug screen
Clean and safe driving record
Must have personal vehicle for daily commute to the facility
