Our delivery drivers will be operating by delivering to local residents and businesses. You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 1000 Willowbrook Rd, Northampton, PA 18067.We are looking formotivatedanddependableindividuals to work as part of a team! Pay: $150/day (+$25/day AND $.5/package performance bonus EVERY DAY!)

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages
• Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
• Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently
• Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself
• Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accurately
• Scanning and logging packages

Requirements:

• Drivers must be 21 years of age or older
• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Drivers must be willing to submit to a background check
• Drivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 100lbs
• Drivers must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Drivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)

No CDL required! Company vehicle provided! Candidates with previous experience are a good fit for this position! Military veterans are welcome!

Position Details:

• Schedule:
  • Full-Time: One weekend day off.
  • Additional day off: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
• Shift: Dispatch between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Class A CDL Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum of 1 year/2 years of experience driving tractor-trailers
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience hooking up and hauling doubles trailers preferred/required.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations or accidents.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must be willing to complete a Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
