Were a FedEx contractor with 5 years at the 5460 Baxter Road, Rockford, IL 61109 terminal. Were expanding and building a dependable, safety-focused team where drivers support each other and have room to grow.
Pay & Benefits
- $200/day
- $200/day training pay
- $150 bonus at 30 days
- $300 bonus at 60 days
- $300 bonus at 90 days
- Performance-based evaluations
- 5 days PTO after 1 year
Schedule & Hours
- Start: 8:30 AM until deliveries are complete
- Full-time: Monday – Friday with every other Saturday.
- Part-time: 24 days; Saturday required
- Operations: MondaySaturday
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
- Scan, load, and deliver FedEx packages
- Use GPS and complete pre/post-trip inspections
Required Qualifications
- 21+ with valid drivers license; no CDL required
- Clean MVR; Illinois Class D license required
- Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, drug test, MVR review, and DOT physical
