Precision Logistics Incorporated is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team in Norfolk, VA.
Whether you’re looking for your first professional delivery job or you’ve spent years delivering for FedEx, FedEx Express, Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, or another last-mile company, we have an opportunity for you.

Training Pay:
$125/day ride-along training
$135/day experienced FedEx drivers
After Training
$175/Day New or Limited Delivery Experience
We’ll train you on how to safely and efficiently run your FedEx route.
$200/Day Experienced Delivery Driver
Have at least 1 year of professional home delivery or last-mile experience? Your experience can put you at the higher starting rate.
$225/Day Experienced FedEx Driver
Already know how to run a FedEx route? Experienced FedEx drivers can earn our highest starting rate.
Additional Bonuses
- $250 60-Day Bonus
- Up to $550 Peak Season Bonus
- Potential weekly earnings of $900$1,125+, depending on schedule and daily rate

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable attendance
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
- Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs. with a dolly
- Ability to pass a background check
- Clean MVR review
- DOT physical
- Employer-paid drug test

Already have professional delivery experience? Earn $200/day.
Experienced FedEx driver? Earn $225/day.
