Schedule
- Full-time position

- Schedule built around fleet operations
- No overnight shifts
Equipment You’ll Work On
Maintain a dedicated FedEx delivery fleet, including:
- FedEx delivery vans
- Step vans
- Box trucks
- Gas and diesel-powered vehicles
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
- Complete inspections and identify repair needs
- Repair brakes, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and in-cab systems
- Replace defective parts and components
- Perform minor body repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate service records
- Monitor parts inventory and communicate supply needs
- Support fleet reliability by keeping vehicles safe and road-ready
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fleet, diesel, truck, or automotive maintenance experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues independently
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Technician provides own tools
