Pay & Benefits

• $1.35-$1.30 per stop (Average $820-$1,000+/week)
• Paid training: $160/day
• $100 onboarding bonus + $100 hiring bonus
• Weekly pay
• Weekly performance bonus up to $100
• 5 PTO days after 6 months

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday, or Wednesday-Sunday
• 8:00 AM until route completion

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
• Complete package delivery routes averaging 140-160 stops per day
• Load, scan, and deliver packages
• Perform vehicle inspections
• Use GPS to navigate efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Age 21+
• Valid driver’s license
• Physically handle packages up to 150 lbs
• Work in all weather conditions
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, Motor Vehicle Report review, drug test, and DOT physical (employer paid)
• No CDL required
