DBI Logistics proudly delivers for FedEx throughout LaSalle and Peru, IL. We operate from 7800 Turkey Hollow Road, Rock Island, IL 61201 and are growing our team to support expanding delivery routes. We value safety, teamwork, and helping drivers build long-term careers.

Pay & Benefits

• $220/day after 60 days (performance-based)
• $190/day starting pay
• Paid training: $165/day (approximately 2 weeks)

Schedule & Hours

• Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday
• Start Time: 8:30 AM until route completion
• Operations: Monday-Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive at the FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles
• Deliver packages to residential, business, rural, and city locations
• Use GPS, scanners, and delivery technology
• Handle 80-100 stops per day and packages up to 150 lbs

Required Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid for by employer)
• Able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• CDL not required; endorsement training available
