We’re a growing team with a strong safety culture and real support. Launching a new site at 10999 Airpark Rd, Ashland, VA 23005, we’re hiring for long-term careers, not quick stops.
Pay & Benefits

$130–$150/day (based on experience) – $20 daily bonus for attendance
- Training: $100/day

$150 training completion + $150 30-day bonus

Additional work-day bonus: $25 for picking up a 6th shift per week & $50 for working 7th shift per week

Stop pay: $1 per stop over 130 stops / $2 per stop over 160 stops
- Company vehicle & uniform
Schedule
- Start 8:00 AM to finish (~170 stops/day)
- Full-time: Tue–Sun or Mon–Sat
What You’ll Do (Delivery Driver / Package Delivery)
- Load, scan, and deliver packages safely
- Use GPS to run residential & business routes
- Inspect vehicle daily
Requirements
- 21+, valid license, clean MVR
- Lift up to 150 lbs, all weather
- Willing to submit to screening & DOT physical
