Delivery Driver OR Route Delivery Helper – Info Below
- Station Location: 81 International Dr S, Budd Lake, NJ 07828
Position 1: Delivery Driver (Full-Time)
Compensation & Benefits:

$23.75 per hour (paid bi-weekly) – 9 hour guarantee per route assigned

10:00 am to delivery completion
-
4-day work week (10-hour shifts typical)

Weekend availability required

Two paid 15-minute breaks + one unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Responsibilities:
-
Safely operate and inspect company delivery vehicle
-
Deliver packages on time
-
Follow all local & state driving regulations and company policies
-
Provide excellent customer service in all conditions
-
Lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
-
Load and unload packages
-
Use handheld technology for GPS, scanning, and communication
-
Assist team members when needed (rescue routes)
Driver Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass 4-Panel Drug Screening (no marijuana pre-employment testing)
- Strong English communication skills
POSITION 2: Route Delivery Helper (Full Time)
Compensation & Benefits:

$19.00 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

4-day work week (10-hour shifts typical)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist drivers with loading and delivering packages

Support customer communications and delivery updates
-
Lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions

Maintain positive, professional interactions with customers and coworkers

Get in and out of delivery van repeatedly throughout shift
-
Perform additional duties as assigned
Helper Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid State ID or passport

Authorized to work in the U.S
