About Our Company
We are a growing delivery service provider committed to safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Our terminal is located at 81 International Dr S, Budd Lake, NJ 07828, and we provide the training, equipment, and support you need to succeed.
Position 1: Delivery Driver (Full-Time)
Pay & Benefits
- $23.75 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
- 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
- Weekend availability required

Responsibilities
- Safely operate and inspect a company delivery vehicle
- Complete package deliveries accurately and on time
- Average 180-220 stops per day
- Follow all driving laws and company safety procedures
- Use GPS, scanning devices, and mobile technology
- Load and unload packages
- Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Work in all weather conditions
- Assist teammates when needed
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT physical
- No CDL required
Position 2: Route Delivery Helper (Full-Time)
Pay & Benefits
- $19.00 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
- 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
- Weekend availability required

- Uniforms and handheld technology provided
Responsibilities
- Assist the Delivery Driver with loading and delivering packages
- Help complete delivery routes efficiently and safely
- Support customer communication and delivery updates
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Get in and out of the delivery van throughout the day
- Walk, bend, climb stairs, and work in all weather conditions
- Maintain a positive, team-first attitude
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid State ID or Passport
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to perform the physical demands of the position
