$180/DAY + $1/STOP OVER 120 | TRAINING: $130/DAY + $250 BONUS

We’re hiring reliable Delivery Drivers near Murfreesboro, TN and Smyrna. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we’ll give you the training, company vehicle, and support you need to succeed. No CDL required.

Pay & Benefits

• $180/day + $1 per stop over 120
• $130/day paid training
• $250 training completion bonus
• 5 PTO days after 1 year for full-time drivers
• Company vehicle and uniform provided

Schedule

• 7:30 AM until deliveries are complete
• 90–130 stops/day, mostly residential
• Full-time: Tue–Sat, Sun–Thu, or Wed–Sat
• Part-time: 2–4 days/week
• Monday–Sunday operation

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle
• Load and deliver packages on assigned routes
• Use GPS and scanning tools
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Handle packages safely and accurately

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical, paid by the employer
• Must be able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
• Must work safely in all weather
