Competitive Pay:
- Solo Drivers: $300 per shift
- Teams: $1 per mile split between drivers, with a $1,500 weekly guarantee if sufficient miles are not available through team runs and solo work.
- 10% increase in pay after 60 days (Based on safety and attendance)

Schedule & Dispatch Details:
Dispatch Location: Henderson, CO
Routes:
- Solo Drivers: Colorado Front Range — between Fort Collins and South Denver.
- Team Drivers: Average destinations include FL, MO, IL, TX, NE, MD, and PA.
Weekly Miles:
- Solo Drivers:
- Night Runs: Average 100–400 miles per week.
- Day Runs: Average 1,500-2,500 a week.
- Team Drivers: Average 2,700 miles per week.
Routes Available: Undedicated/Wild
Home Time:
- Solo Drivers:
- Night Runs: Dispatch between 8:30pm-10:30pm
- Day Runs: Dispatch between 7am-9am
- Team Drivers: Run 4–6 days out, followed by 1–2 days home.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking Solo Day, Night, and Team drivers with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
- Doubles endorsement is a required.
- Clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and doubles.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Transport goods for FedEx Ground Contractors reliably.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and your team.
- Maintain accurate logs and deliver exceptional customer service.
