Ger Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for FedEx Ground OTR team routes out of Bloomington, CA.
Earn $1,800-$2,200 per driver/week running consistent team miles with no-touch, drop & hook freight and late-model sleeper trucks.
Don’t have a teammate? No problem. We hire established teams AND qualified solo CDL-A drivers. If you’re applying solo, we can help match you with another experienced driver.
What We Offer

The Job
You’ll run FedEx Ground OTR team routes from our Bloomington, CA terminal. Routes are primarily hub-to-hub with consistent miles and no-touch freight.
Terminal: Bloomington, CA 92316
Schedule: Full-time | Typically 4-5 days out, 1-2 days home
Weekend availability required
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles endorsement
- At least 21 years old
- Verifiable work history
You must also meet one of the following experience requirements:
- 1 year tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- 5 years tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years
- 6 months experience after graduating from a FedEx-approved driving school
