Gamma Shipping is hiring CDL-A OTR Team Drivers in the Cleveland, OH area for FedEx linehaul freight.
Earn $1,800$2,210+ per driver per week, with a $1,600 weekly minimum guarantee per driver. The minimum guarantee helps protect your earnings when factors outside your control affect available miles or freight.
Have a teammate? Bring them. Don’t have one? Qualified drivers may be matched with another driver.
Pay & Schedule
- $1,800$2,210+ average weekly gross per driver
- $1,600 weekly minimum guarantee per driver
- $0.80$0.85 CPM
- Approximately 2,1002,600 miles per driver/week
- Home weekly
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Monday night through Saturday afternoon
- Dispatch approximately 11 PM Monday
- Return approximately 12 PM Saturday
The Job
You’ll run FedEx Ground OTR team routes from our Twinsburg, OH terminal. Routes are primarily hub-to-hub with consistent miles and no-touch freight/drop and hook.
Terminal: Twinsburg, OH 44087
Schedule: Full-time | Typically out Monday Night-Saturday afternoon, 1-2 days home
Weekend availability required

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles endorsement
- At least 21 years old
- Verifiable work history
You must also meet one of the following experience requirements:
- 1 year tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- 5 years tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years
- 6 months experience after graduating from a FedEx-approved driving school
