Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring for full-time CDL-A SOLO drivers on a dedicated Dollar Tree fleet based out of Cowpens, SC. This account offers predictable regional routes, weekly home time, and consistent freight.
Route Details:
- Route Type: Dedicated – Regional
- Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Days off: Friday night to Saturday, or Saturday night to Sunday
- Freight:
- No-touch freight
- Approximately 3 loads per week
- Delivery Locations:
- SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV, and OH
- Drivers typically pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the Distribution Center
- Equipment:
- Top-of-the-line Sleeper automatic transmission trucks
- Pulling 53’ trailers
- Drivers can take trucks home to park as long as it safe and secure
Compensation & Pay:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,649

Minimum CDL-A Driver Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
