Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring for full-time CDL-A SOLO drivers on a dedicated Smithfield Hybrid fleet based out of Tar Heel, NC 28392. This account offers predictable regional routes, weekly home time, and consistent freight.
Job Description:
- We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for our dedicated Smithfield account.
- This position offers consistent routes, steady schedules, and reliable weekly miles.
- Drivers on this fleet deliver no-touch freight and average 1,500 miles weekly.
- Office staff and maintenance team on site.

Delivery Locations:
- Deliveries to multiple destinations within a 300-mile radius of Tar Heel, NC.
Schedule:
- Drivers will operate both 12-hour local shifts and weekly OTR runs 2-3 times per week, based on customer needs.
- Shifts start between 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Full-time:
- Sunday-Thursday
- Tuesday-Saturday
- Night driving will be required
Compensation & Pay:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,187
- Top Weekly Pay: $1,595
- Average Annual Pay: $61,775
- Top Annual Pay: $82,948
- Pay Structure: Mileage-based pay

Minimum CDL-A Driver Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
