BrightFlag Recruiting is hiring for full-time CDL-A SOLO drivers on a dedicated Smithfield Regional fleet based out of Tar Heel, NC 28392. This account offers predictable regional routes, weekly home time, and consistent freight.
Route Details:
- Route Type: Dedicated – Regional
- Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Night driving required
- Freight:
- No-touch freight
- Approximately 10 loads per week
- Delivery Locations:
- Eastern Mid-Atlantic region including:
- North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington DC
- Equipment:
- Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks
- Pulling 53’ trailers
- On-site office staff and maintenance support
Compensation & Pay:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,172
- Top Weekly Pay: $1,613
- Average Annual Pay: $60,961
- Top Annual Pay: $83,897
- Pay Structure: Mileage-based pay

Minimum CDL-A Driver Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
