Baize Trucking, a FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring CDL-A Linehaul Drivers based in Green Bay, WI.

Pay
- Average weekly earnings: $1,600$1,750+
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
Additional Earning Opportunities
- Up to $535/month in performance bonuses
- $15 per additional stop
- $25 safety bonus per paycheck
- Camera-based safety bonus up to $200/month
- $300 per paycheck for drivers who waive company medical insurance
Schedule & Route
- Home daily
- Night linehaul position
- Dispatch typically between 6:00 PM9:00 PM
- 45 day work week with 2 days off
- Dedicated Green Bay, WI ↔ Bedford Park, IL route
- Consistent year-round FedEx Ground freight
- 100% drop & hook (no-touch freight)
Equipment
- 2017 or newer Freightliner Cascadia automatic tractors
- One day cab used on select routes
- Professionally maintained fleet

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles endorsement preferred (drivers without one may obtain it during onboarding if qualified)
- Meet one of the following experience requirements:
- 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or
- 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years, or
- Graduate of a FedEx-approved driving school with 6 months of experience
- Must meet all DOT requirements
